We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday). Urgent issues related to account access or billing are prioritized. During weekends and holidays, response times may be slightly longer.

You can report bugs by emailing bugs@forgeapp.com or using the form above with "Bug Report" selected. Please include: your device model, iOS version, app version, steps to reproduce the bug, and any screenshots if possible. The more detail you provide, the faster we can fix it!

You can delete your account directly in the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Alternatively, you can email privacy@forgeyourdreams.app with your request. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, so refunds must be requested directly from Apple. You can do this by going to reportaproblem.apple.com and selecting the purchase you want to request a refund for. If you're having issues with the app that led to your refund request, please contact us so we can help resolve the problem.

While we can't implement every suggestion, we read every single one and they directly influence our roadmap. Many of Forge's best features came from user suggestions!
